If refine rate is +10 or higher, Fixed Cast Time of all skills -0,1 sec. for every refine level. (Up to +15)
If equipped with Mental Stick, Psychic Wave damage +5% for every 2 refine levels.
If equipped with Kronos, Hell Inferno damage +10% for every 2 refine levels.
If equipped with Mikatsuki or Raksasa Dagger,
decreases Cast Time of all skills by % equal to the weapon level; for every 2 refine levels, Wind Blade, Freezing Spear, and Flaming Petals damage +5%.
