1. Speak with Eorpa at /navi ba_maison 79/278, near the entrance to the 2nd level of the Magic Power Station. She complains about network interference caused by so-called biochips and asks you to eliminate them.
2. However, it turns out she is actually referring to a pile of potato chips sitting in front of her.
3. To assist Eorpa, simply eat the chips. Once you do, the network stabilizes, and the daily quest [Supervisor of the 2nd Magic Power Station: Eorpa] becomes available.
