1. Speak with Tamarin at /navi ba_maison 70/145. He expresses disdain for those present, considering them all the same. Dew laughs, but the moment is interrupted by an unpleasant smell. Marc and Maggie realize the odor is coming from Dew himself, who recalls recently falling into water. The group moves away as Dew panics and runs off to find clean water.
2. Go to the Fountain at /navi ba_maison 85/111. Dew attempts to wash off, but Steward Beta forbids bathing. Oliver suggests heading to Varmundt’s Library, fearing a possible Heartseeker invasion.
3. Approach the library entrance at /navi ba_in01 211/183. Dew notices fire near the door, blocking the way. Suddenly, Librarian Alpha appears, warning of the consequences of attempting to enter. After she vanishes, the group decides to try entering again using a water orb.
- At this point, you gain access to the daily quest [Scrap Metal Collection] .
4. Speak with Librarian Beta at /navi ba_lib 157/19. She asks everyone to keep quiet and register before reading books. Dew, uninterested in reading, decides against registering and asks you to inform the others about the procedure.
- Note: Steps 5, 6, 7, and 8 can be completed in any order.
5. Speak with Marc in the library at /navi ba_lib 84/85. He is impressed by the number of books, including some he couldn't find even in Prontera’s Library. Upon hearing about registration, he assures you he will sign up right away.
6. Find Tamarin at /navi ba_lib 96/208. He admits that in his hurry to enter, he forgot to register. At that moment, a stranger approaches and asks about the book City of Fairies, but Tamarin doesn't know where it is, frustrating the visitor.
7. Speak with Maggie at /navi ba_lib 112/266. She is fascinated by the magical formulas in the books and agrees that registration should come first.
8. Approach Oliver at /navi ba_lib 199/233. He is disappointed that he has already read all the books he found. However, after speaking with a mysterious stranger, he realizes that rereading them may reveal new meanings.
9. At one of the bookshelves, you will find Alf at /navi ba_lib 293/234. He looks pleased, and now is not a good time to disturb him.
10. Now that everyone has been informed about registration, return to Librarian Beta at /navi ba_lib 157/19. She confirms your registration and rewards you with 5х 
Varmundt's Ticket and experience points.
