In Prontera, find Huahn /navi prt_in 94/57. He will tell you that he teaches a new skill called Berserk and give a brief explanation of how it works. The skill activates automatically when your HP turns red and functions similarly to Provoke.
Bring Powder of Butterfly to the man, as it will allow you to focus on your fighting spirit, along with several additional items to begin the training.
