1. In Saint Capitolina Abbey talk to the Monk /navi monk_test 316/69. He will tell you about a skill that modern followers have lost and can no longer use. However, if you manage to meet a monk who does not take part in battles, is selfless, and has devoted his life to God, you may be able to persuade him to pass on this forgotten technique.
2. Walk around the Saint Capitolina Abbey and speak with the Monk /navi prt_monk 270/198. He will sadly explain that no one supports his pursuit of spiritual strength rather than physical power. Travelers have become too greedy.
3. Prove that you are different by reducing your inventory weight to 0. Once you have done so, talk to the Monk again /navi prt_monk 270/198. He will be pleased that you share the same outlook on life and will teach you the Spiritual Bestowment skill.
