1. Go to the Juno Academy and find the Sage Mishuna /navi yuno_in03 176/24. Tell him that you seek new knowledge. He will say that he has something interesting — Sir Varmundt's Manuscript, which contains knowledge of the four elements: Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind.
To learn this new skill, you will need certain materials.
2. Bring the following items to Sage Mishuna /navi yuno_in03 176/24 10x 
Scorpion Tail, 7x 
Horn, 12x 
Rainbow Shell, 10x 
Snail's Shell, and 4x 
Shell.
He will then allow you to read Varmundt's Manuscript, enabling you to learn the Create Elemental Converter skill.
