1. The Blacksmith Guild is located in the mining town of Einbroch.
Talk to Guildsman Altiregen /navi ein_in01 18/28 to begin the Job Change Quest. She will tell you that you first need to prove the seriousness of your intentions. To do so, go to Einbech and help a blacksmith named Getsufenst.
2. Talk to Guildsman Getsufenst /navi ein_in01 201/27. He will ask several questions. If you answer them correctly, you may proceed to the next test.

4. After forging the special weapon, you must deliver it to its recipient.

5. After receiving the delivery receipt, return to Getsufenst /navi ein_in01 201/27 in Einbech. He will thank you and instruct you to go back to Altiregen /navi ein_in01 18/28 in Einbroch.
6. Talk to Altiregen /navi ein_in01 18/28 and tell her you want to become a Blacksmith. She will inform you that another trial still awaits.
She explains that some Blacksmiths disgrace the guild by cheating clients, being rude, and overcharging. Therefore, every applicant must undergo strict evaluation.
Meet with the Blacksmith Guildsman Mitehmaeeuh /navi ein_in01 24/41.
7. Speak to Guildsman Mitehmaeeuh /navi ein_in01 24/41 and answer several questions. If you answer at least 4 out of 5 correctly, you will pass.

8. After answering correctly, Mitehmaeeuh will give you a 
Hammer of Blacksmith and send you back to Guildsman Altiregen /navi ein_in01 18/28.
9. Talk to Altiregen /navi ein_in01 18/28 to receive the Blacksmith Job. If your Job Level is 50 at the time of completion, you will receive 30х 
Steel as a reward. If your Job Level is below 50, you will receive 5х Steel instead.
