1. The quest begins in the small village of Hugel, accessible by airship from Izlude. On the northeast side you’ll find the Hunter Guild. Enter the building and talk to the Hunter Guildsman at /navi hu_in01 386/373.
2. She introduces herself as Sherin and will ask you a series of questions before proceeding. You must score at least 90 points to pass.

| 8. | By now, you decide to go to the Maze by yourself. But on your way, you run into someone that is lost. What should you do? - Tell them which way to go./Guide them to their destination. |
| 9. | After meeting this lost person, you decide to get back to hunting. Just then, you find that someone is attacking a boss! What should you do? - Watch, then attack when asked for help. |
| 10. | You are now very exhausted after your day of hunting. It's time to go back to town. But what's this!? You find an expensive item lying on the floor! What should you do with it? - Try to find the owner./Just walk by. |
3. After passing Sherin’s interview, talk to the Guild Receptionist at /navi hu_in01 382/382. He will ask you to collect a set of items.

4. Once you deliver the items, Guild Receptionist will send you to meet the Hunter Guildmaster at /navi payon_in03 131/7 in Payon.
5. The Hunter Guildmaster /navi payon_in03 131/7 explains that the final trial will test your ability to track targets and avoid traps. You must defeat certain monsters and survive in the trial room.
6. When ready, speak to him again. He will give you 200 
Silver Arrow and send you to the waiting room. Enter the chat room and wait your turn.
You will have just over 3 minutes for the test.
Your goal is to defeat Job Change Monster (four of them is enough).
After defeating them, a switch will appear at the center of the map.
Activate the switch to open a portal in the north.
Exit through the portal before time runs out to succeed.
7. Return to the Hunter Guildmaster /navi payon_in03 131/7. He will congratulate you and give you the 
Necklace of Wisdom.
8. Fly back to Hugel and show the Necklace of Wisdom to Sherin /navi hu_in01 386/373. She will welcome you into the Hunter Guild and change your profession to Hunter.
As a reward, you will receive a 
Crossbow [2]. If your Job Level was 50 upon completion, you will instead receive a 
Hunter Bow.
