1. Talk to Assassin /navi in_moc_16 23/27 in the Assassin Guild. She will say that she can teach you a new skill if you bring her a treasure from the specified location.

2. Once you obtain a gemstone, show it to Assassin /navi in_moc_16 23/27. She will admit that the guild never actually received any request for a treasure — she only wanted to test your abilities. Since you passed the trial, she will gladly teach you the Sonic Mastery skill.
