Description: Requires a musical instrument or a
whip. Performs a quick, rhythmic song that
increases ASPD and reduces Fixed Cast Time
for all skills according to the stats of the
character and party members. Increases
long-ranged ATK for all party members. Also
increases the ATK of Ranger's wargs and Hunter
(Sharpshooter)'s falcons. Consumes 1 Bitter
Candy.
