Description: Immobilises enemies in a set area
of effect, stopping them from attacking or using
skills. Applies Silentium to immobilised
enemies for the duration of the skill. While under
the effect of Cursed Circle, the character cannot
move or attack, but can use skills. The effect
wears off after any skill is used. Consumes 1
Spirit Sphere for each enemy.
