Face Paint. The chance of success depends on
the caster and target's level and stats.
[Lv 1]: Consume SP 100 / Duration 10 sec.
[Lv 2]: Consume SP 200 / Duration 15 sec.
[Lv 3]: Consume SP 300 / Duration 20 sec.
