Description: Initiate Cloaking status, which hides
the caster from enemies without disabling
movement. At Levels 1 to 2, Cloaking will only
work when caster is adjacent to a wall.
At higher levels, caster can move freely in
Cloaking status, but will move more slowly when
away from walls.
Consumes 15 SP regardless of skill level.
