1. Speak with the Coughing Guy in Einbroch /navi einbroch 149/242. He will explain that his friend Steven, who worked at the mine, vanished several days ago. Accept his quest and head to the first floor of the Einbech Mine to uncover what happened.
2. Arrive on the First Floor of the Einbech Mine. Locate the Plush Teddy Bear at the end of the line /navi ein_dun01 198/79. Ask him why so many plush bears have gathered here. As screams ring out, move closer to discover the source of the commotion.
3. Speak with Another Plush Teddy Bear /navi ein_dun01 189/85 standing in line. He will recount that a man ahead of him entered the mine, after which cries were heard. Agree to take his place in line and enter the mine by activating the glowing light.
4. Within the Illusory Mine find Steven /navi ein_d02_i 170/193. You will see him surrounded by plush bears; as soon as you appear, they scatter. Talk with Steven to learn why he never returned. Concerned for his ailing friend, Steven asks you to deliver money to San in Einbroch /navi einbroch 149/242.
5. Return to the City. Hand over the money to the Coughing Guy /navi einbroch 149/242. After your conversation, San will decide to head back to the mine to meet with his friend.
6. Back in the Mine. Locate both Steven /navi ein_d02_i 170/193 and San. You’ll overhear their conversation - Steven notices strange sounds emanating from the depths of the mine and asks you to investigate.
7. Make your way into the depths of the mine and find a suspicious location /navi ein_d02_i 132/233. Eavesdrop on the Nazarians as they conspire about a rebellion. Before long, you will be discovered, and a battle will erupt.
8. Defeat 10 plush bears of each color: Red Teddy Bear, Yellow Teddy Bear, Blue Teddy Bear, White Teddy Bear, and Green Teddy Bear. Then, return to speak with Steven at the entrance /navi ein_d02_i 170/193. Grateful for your assistance, he rewards you with 5 Illusion Stone, 3,500,000 base experience, and 2,500,000 professional experience. This concludes the episode’s storyline quest.
